We are in love with the flavours of the Umbria, and have carefully crafted a menu of plant-based and vegetarian fare that celebrates seasonal, locally sourced ingredients ensuring each dish is not only delicious but also respects the environment and supports the community.

All Meals are provided and are vegetarian, seasonal, low sugar and locally sourced. Dietary requirements catered to on pre-request.

About Marianne O’Neill

Yoga retreat in Umbria teacher, Marianne O'Neill

Marianne was born in Dublin and has lived in Australia and New Zealand where she set up fitness boot camps for women, mums, and babies. Her longing for personal growth and self development then led to yoga. So, she moved to Mysore, India, where she lived for 5-years.

Marianne fell in love with yoga practice. She continued teacher-training courses in India, and now specialises in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. She is also certified to teach Hatha and Yin Yoga and is a certified life coach.

Now with fourteen years in the fitness industry under her belt, and seven years teaching yoga, Marianne has created a unique yoga practice. FIT FLOW™ and SLOW FLOW™ YOGA. These are fun, full-body workouts that mix flexibility, core strength, and endurance.

Marianne currently resides in London and teaches yoga at studios, luxury hotels, as
well as private and corporate clients. She is passionate about helping her clients
achieve their yoga intentions, and inspiring all to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives

Her commitment to her practice and her clients is unparalleled.
