“We were a group of friends, and we spent almost a week in Debbie’s house. The house is intriguing. There is a lot of space, the garden and terrace are both great and the view is totally amazing.

“Debbie is a wonderful host and she could recommend wonderful places to go and eat. Her house is a hidden gem. It’s clean and the scenic view is stunning. It’s in a central location of Tuscany where you could visit other towns quite easily. Montepulciano and Monticchiello are about booking half an hour ride. You will enjoy her kitchens if you are planning to cook. They are very well equipped. Do notice that there is a church next door which chimes every quarter but you will quickly get used to the chime. Don’t get startled by the different religious figures in the house as Debbie is a collector. All and all we had a fantastic time at Debbie’s place.

“Nous étions un groupe de douze personnes, et cette maison s’est révélée parfaite, tant du point de vue de la place que des équipements. Nous ne nous attendions pas à trouver une si belle vue : les balcons, la terrasse et le jardin surplombant la campagne toscane nous permettaient de profiter du paysage à tout moment de la journée, même depuis la cuisine. Le village de Gioiella est très agréable, et nous avons noué de très bons contacts avec ses habitants, notamment lors de la fête du village. Nous avons rejoint à pied les très beaux abords des lacs de Chiusi et de Montepulciano. Les contacts avec Debbie, bien que nous ne l’ayons pas rencontrée directement, ont été très faciles, et elle s’est très généreusement adaptée aux nécessités de notre projet un peu particulier (il s’agissait du tournage d’un film). Nous lui adressons nos plus vifs remerciements, et recommandons vivement la location de cette maison“.

“La casa è ospitale e molto versatile per un gruppo di famiglie. È al centro del borgo vicinissima ad un piccolo supermercato, una farmacia una pizzeria ed il campo dell’oratorio. Si godono dei tramonti fantastici. Il giardino é un bello sfogo per i ragazzi..”
